The Ta Lai Longhouse is a traditionally built bamboo lodge based on the edge of Cat Tien National Park, Dong Nai in Vietnam (3 hour drive from HCMC). It is an adventure heaven overlooking untouched forests and steeped in the culture and history of the S'Tieng and Ma minorities. Pitched on the top of a hill, overlooking a lake, on the border of Cat Tien National park's jungle, our traditional bamboo longhouse offers a great experience in the wilderness of the rainforest. We are collaborating with WWF by supporting a fund set up for the community based projects in Ta Lai. The architecture of the longhouse was designed with respect to the traditional features, and all materials were locally procured. Community elders were consulted on the design and construction of the longhouse to ensure it remained faithful to their local traditions while meeting the standards and needs of visiting tourists.

On March 4th - 6th, 2015, Ta Lai Longhouse is happy to welcome 25 students of International School Saigon Pearl for their field trip to Cat Tien. With an active schedule of trekking, visiting the animals, raft building and so on, we hope this can be a joyful and educational for our young explorers.
